We had another successful Special Event. The FDIC Barnes Bank Sealed Bid Sale ended on July 9th, 2010. The sale was composed of 39 Single Family Residences and land parcels in the state of Utah for individual sale. The sealed bid sale received considerable exposure on the Wall Street Journal, Loopnet.com, and Salt Lake City Tribune amongst others. The anticipated sale was very successful, and received numerous bids from various investment firms.
FDIC Michigan Sealed Bid Sale II
On June 18, 2010, Prescient conducted the FDIC Michigan Sealed Bid Sale 2, where 10 properties were sold in 2 pools located throughout the state of Michigan. The sale received considerable exposure in the Wall Street Journal, Detroit Free Press and the Wayne Eagle. Several bids were received for each pool.

On October 27th and 28th, 2009, Prescient conducted the FDIC North Georgia Auction, where over 180 were successfully sold. The live auction was held in Atlanta, GA and was hosted by J.P. King Auction Company. Assets included single-family residences, multi-family residences, land, office condos and commercial properties. The FDIC North Georgia Auction received considerable exposure with over 170 registered bidders and extensive advertising.
FDIC Omni Sealed Bid Sale
On August 31st, 2009, Prescient conducted the FDIC Omni Sealed Bid Sale. Over 590 single-family residences stratified into 7 pools were successfully closed and funded. The sale received considerable exposure with over 200 registered bidders. The FDIC Omni Sealed Bid Sale was advertised in several media outlets, including the Wall Street Journal, Chicago Tribune, Atlanta Journal Constitution, St. Petersburg Times, and the Financial Times.
