Prescient Asset Management’s Mass Marketing Division is composed of an experienced team that organizes multiple asset sales, auctions, sealed bid and bargain asset sales. We provide a dynamic and targeted approach to investors interested in bulk owned real estate sales. In addition, the Mass Marketing Team ensures that all sales receive a comprehensive, multi-channel marketing plan. Our highly specialized process has resulted in several successful sales, including the FDIC Omni Sealed Bid Sale, the FDIC North Georgia Auction, and the FDIC Michigan Sealed Bid Sale.
